Forms and Guidelines

The forms in this section are used to either update your personal information or report performances and uses of your music for royalty payments. A number of forms can be completed and submitted online, and others must be printed out, completed and mailed to APRA|AMCOS.

Each of the forms will require personal information about you. The APRA|AMCOS Privacy Policy explains how APRA will use the personal information you provide in these forms.
